Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions you have with this platform. They apply to free and paid features alike. By using the service, you accept all provisions herein. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly as they may change without direct notice.

User Registration

To access certain areas, you must register by providing a valid email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Failure to do so may result in irreversible account compromise.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your credentials with others. Any account sharing is at your own risk.

Authorized Conduct

You agree not to use the service to violate any local, national, or international law. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, spamming, and distribution of harmful code. You also agree not to interfere with the platform’s security mechanisms. Violations may lead to permanent banning.

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, host, and display that content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable. You warrant that your content does not infringe third‑party rights. We assume no liability for user‑generated content.

Pricing and Billing

Paid services are offered on subscription or one‑time purchase models, as described in your account. All fees are due in advance and are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment methods must be authorized and valid at renewal times.

Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel subscriptions at any time via account settings. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not refund current or past charges. Refund eligibility is determined case‑by‑case and is at our sole discretion. All refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of payment.

Service Updates

We may update the platform at our discretion, including adding new features or altering existing ones. Updates are deployed to enhance performance, security, and usability. No compensation is provided for changes. You accept that feature availability may fluctuate.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. We may also take action to protect the service or other users. You will be notified when practicable. Termination does not relieve you of any accrued payment obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the prior six months. This limitation applies whether liability arises from contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations, so this clause may not apply to you in full.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under these Terms will be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes proceed to arbitration or small claims court, as appropriate. You and we each bear our own legal fees. The governing law shall be that of the service operator’s location.
